Bi-weekly private coaching sessions with a Weight Loss Coach so you know exactly what to do to manage your weight longterm. Unlimited email support between sessions to answer all your questions and get help if you're stuck.

Medical Treatment:
Canadian clients will have the option of being supervised and treated by one of our Obesity Medicine Physicians in their home province if they are interested in exploring anti-obesity medications.

Nutrition Guidance:
Understand what foods best support your weight loss and metabolism. Develop an individualized eating plan that fits your lifestyle. Foster the mindset of consistency and sustainability.
